Healthy.io, 2021-2023

Overseeing  Healthy.io's Heart, Beat & Brain

As product design lead, I was involved in other product designers' work on different task forces in the company. We had weekly syncs and ongoing brainstorming and collaboration on the development of various web tools and systems. The following are examples of the hands-on work of my team mates under my supervision during my time at the company. 

What started out as a call center platofrm grew over time and turned into Healthy.io's AI-based adherence system, supporting our main product - Minuteful Kidney.

The system provided an end-to-end support of our patients' journey with our ACR service. Once our partners (US health plans, NHS clinics and others) provided us with a list of eligible people, Healthy.io sent them kits and Heart represntatives could reach out to help them complete the test and provide additional information. 

Key features

• Location based flows - Heart supported our US and UK partners so it supported slightly different scenarios for each type of flow and needed adjustments, including a smart time zone mechanism for US calls. 
  
• Patient onboarding - support various admin actions that relate to the eligible patient list we recieve from our partners 
• Patient list and details - edit patient's info and view a log of all the steps in his or her journey, including all of our reach-out channels (text message, letters, kit recieved, support calls)
• Various scripts - once a call is made to a patient the representative follows a step-by-step script, that supports the different nature of our calls.
• PCP (Primary Care Physician) center - a section that helped closed the clinical loop for patients who completed the test and needed help sharing the results with their doctor.
   

Beat is an EMR (Electronic medical records) platform designed for nurses/doctors who can view patients' test results once the patient completes the test at home. It was used mainly for our 10-parameter home urine test (dip.io / minuteful 10) and ACR test in the UK (minuteufl Kidney).

Key features

• Patient list - All eligible patients who recieved the home test kit and performed the test
  
• Test results view - support ACR & 10 parameter test results
• Patient details/log - view patient's contact info and a basic status log allowing doctors to ask for a re-test or a second test for some of their patients
  

BRAIN is an internal cross-department platform that aimed to synchronize, document and manage various types of processes at Healthy.io. It was used as the single source of truth for legal, regulation and logistical needs across all the company's products.

For example, each of Healthy.io's products included a physical kit that was constructed from different parts (cup, dipstick, color-board, user manual) from different suppliers (in Israel, Asia, Europe and the US). BRAIN allowed relevant stakeholders in the company to keep track of each part and material, manage our inventory and follow specific regulations and variations between partners.  

The following screens are a small glimpse of the features and capabilities of this complex tool that was developed through the years, by its dedicated task force in the company.
